基于神经网络的曲轴滚压校直专家系统研究

摘    要:介绍了曲轴滚压强化及校直工艺,分析了滚压校直方式具有的优缺点,研究了利用BP神经网络建立关于校直输入输出数学模型的方法,建立了曲轴滚压校直专家推理系统,并将其应用到曲轴圆角滚压强化校直机床中,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The strengthening and rolling crankshaft alignment process was introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of the rolling-straightening technique were analyzed.The input and output mathematical model of the alignment method was established on the basis of BP neural network.A rolling expert alignment system was developed.The established expert system was applied to strengthen the crankshaft fillet rolling machine and good alignment results were achieved.
