| 摘 要： | 中国神华是神华集团旗下最大的控股子公司,为满足外部监管要求、内部加强管理和国有资本保值增值的需要,构建了以风险管理为导向的内部控制体系。文章对体系构建的理论依据、动因、主要内容和实施方法及实施效果进行了分析与总结,并对下一步工作提出了展望。
