摘    要:依据高热剂销毁弹药的原理及指标要求,对高热剂进行配方试验研究:通过单因素试验研究,分析了铝粉颗粒度、铝与三氧化二铁的配比、添加剂类型及含量和反应物的密实度对铁铝铝热剂燃烧的2个指标的影响规律.在单因素试验的基础上,通过对显著因素的正交试验优化设计,得出了铁铝铝热剂最佳的各组分配比和最佳反应密实度.

Abstract:The composition of thermite was experimentally researched based on the principle of ammunition disposal with thermite and two indices of exothermic combustion of thermite demanded by disposal of ammunition.Some factors affecting the indices such as the ratio of components in aluminium-iron oxide thermite,density of reactants,grain of reactants,type of additional agent are analysed.Then,an optimal ratio of components in aluminium-iron oxide thermite and an optimal density of reactants are obtained by the orthogonal experiment.
