摘    要:用自然埋设试件的方法,研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在酸性、中性及碱性土中埋设1,3,5年后的腐蚀特征.结果表明,不锈钢在酸性及中性土壤中腐蚀轻微,在含盐量较高的碱性土壤中腐蚀比中酸性土壤严重,且出现点蚀现象;土壤中的Cl-及SO42-是影响不锈钢腐蚀的最主要因素,随着Cl-及SO42的增多,不锈钢的腐蚀失重增大;自然腐蚀电位也反映不锈钢在土壤中的腐蚀状态,腐蚀电位为正,腐蚀轻微,腐蚀电位越负,腐蚀越严重.

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of ICr18Ni9Ti in soils was studied.The results showed that corrosion of stainless steel was due to the total contents of C1- and SO2- in soils, A good correlation between the weight loss of ICr18Ni9Ti and the total contents of C1- and SO2- in soils was reported. Corrosion potential were the most important factor determining corrosion rate of stainless steel in soils. Some pitting corrosion of ICr18Ni9Ti was found in Dagang alkaline soil.
