宣钢3#高炉保温方法的创新与应用

摘    要:高炉冬季施工面临保温问题,如果保温措施不到位,将会给高炉开炉后的安全生产留下隐患。宣钢3#高炉利用高度差、温度差形成的气体流动,使空气自然吸人热风炉加热,再进入高炉进行保温,既保证了热风炉正常烧炉,又实现了高炉保温,值得同行借鉴。

Abstract:In construction of blast furnace in winter, if the keeping temperature is not done so well, it would affect the safe production after blowing up of the blast furnace. In 3# blast furnace of Xuan Steel, the air flow caused by differences in height and temperature is utilized to make air naturally absorbed into hot blast stove to be heated and then enter the blast furnace to keep temperature. Not only the stove is normal burned, but also the keeping temperature of blast furnace is realized.
