混合电极电流密度分布的数值模型

摘    要:根据Bulter-Volumer和Fick定律建立了一维的LiCoO2/LiMn2O4混合(材料)电极的数值模型.基于模型,研究了两种材料在恒电流充放电过程中的电流密度分布,并计算了粒度、组分含量、倍率对其电流密度分布的影响.计算结果表明,恒电流充放电情况下,两种材料的电流密度分布不均一:单一组分最大电流密度值随粒度和倍率的增大而增大,随含量的增大而减小.在放电初期和末期,电流主要分布在LiCoO2上,而在充电的初期和末期,电流主要分布在LiMn2O4上.

Abstract:A one-dimension mathematical model with LiCoO2/LiMn2O4 mixed cathode was developed base on Bulter-Volumer equation and Fick law.The current density distributions of two compositions during charge-discharge process were studied and then the effects of composition's content,particle radius and discharge current on current density distribution were calculated by the model.The results show that current density distribution is non-uniform and the maximum current density of composition increases with particle radius and discharge current while decreases with the content.At the start and end of discharge process the current density was mainly loaded on LiCoO2,while at the start and end of charge process on the LiMn2O4.
