| 摘 要： | 本文通过大化电站1号机推力轴承和葛洲坝电站3号机推力轴承在机组试运行时实测结果的对比分析,得到了在一定条件下,不同材料、不同结构的推力瓦对轴承的油膜厚度、油膜压力、瓦温、瓦变形的影响的具体数值,为推力轴承的结构设计与润滑性能预测提供了参考数据.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses and compares measured outcome of parameters in oil film on thrust bearings of two hydroelectric generators mounted in two hydroelectric stations. Under certain condition,the lubrication performance of thrust bearing equipped with water cooled pads is batter than that equippped with copper pads.This analysis may be useful for designer to improve the structure and predict the lubrication performance for thrust bearing. |
