摘    要:我国煤矿巷道顶板条件十分复杂,为了更加合理地对巷道顶板进行支护,需要对顶板进行稳定性分类。首先对顶板进行力学分析,得出顶板岩层的极限跨距,进而根据顶板稳定性分类指标得出不同区域顶板类别,确定具体的支护方式。以屯兰矿为例进行工程应用,得出通过顶板稳定性分类进行支护参数设计可有效地解决巷道当前普遍存在的支护形式单一、难以根据顶板实际条件选择合理支护形式的问题,经济安全效益显著。

Abstract:The roof conditions of coal mine tunnel in china are very complicated, it is necessary to classify the stability of roof to support the tunnel roof more reasonably. At first, the mechanical model of roof is calculated and the stable span is worked out, and then the roof classification of different areas is obtained and the specific support parameters are defined according to the roof classification index.Through engineering application in Tunlan Mine, it is concluded that the design method of supporting parameters can effectively solve the current common problems of single support form difficulty in choosing the right support form according to realistic roof conditions. The economy and safety benefits are remarkable.
