| 摘 要： | 采用XPS、附着强度、耐海水浸泡等测试手段，研究了一种三组份有机硅环氧连接漆与防锈底漆和污损释放型防污漆界面化学键合强度。结果表明：有机硅环氧连接漆可以与防锈底漆发生界面化学键合，当附着促进剂添加量为6．0％时，与防污涂层连接效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The adhesive strength of the silicone epoxy tie coatings with anticorrosive primer and release antifouling were studied. XPS was used to characterized the chemical reaction of the tie coatings with anticorrosive primer, adhesion strength, resistance to sea water immersion were also investigated. The results showed that the silicone epoxy tie coating can take place reaction by Si-O-C bonds with anti corrosive primer, the optimum reaction conditions were also determined. When the accelerator dosage reached to 6. 0% ,the tie coating has the best adhesive strength for release antifouling coating. |
