新型锤式破碎机锤头碰撞平衡计算及设计

摘    要:针对现有锤式破碎机锤头存在的缺点,设计了一种新型锤式破碎机锤头;介绍了新型锤式破碎机锤头的结构特点,通过碰撞平衡计算,给出锤头的设计公式,并介绍了基于Solidworks的辅助设计方法,验证了公式的正确性;新型锤式破碎机锤头能较好地满足碰撞的平衡条件,从而达到节材降耗的目的,适合用于中小型锤式破碎机,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:Aiming at existing pshortcomings of current hammer crushers, a new hammer crusher's hammer is designed. The hammer head's design formula is described through the balance calculation.Then test the correctness of the formula based on Solidworks. The new hammer head can meet the conditions of collision balance better and save material, suitable for small and medium-sized hammer crusher. It has certain promotion value.
