密闭容器复杂环境瓦斯爆炸压力特性研究

摘    要:在密闭容器内对不同初始温度和环境压力条件下的瓦斯气体进行爆炸测试,研究了复杂环境条件下瓦斯气体的爆炸压力特性。通过实验得出:瓦斯爆炸存在最佳爆炸浓度,最大爆炸压力和最大爆炸压力上升速率随瓦斯浓度变化呈抛物线分布;环境条件对最大爆炸压力上升速率影响较小,而对最大爆炸压力影响较大。

Abstract:The experiment is measure explosion pressure-time curve of gas explosion in a closed vessel for different initial temperature and environmental pressure, and investigate the explosion pressure characteristics under complex environmental conditions. It reach the following conclusions: there is an optimal concentration of gas explosion on the explosion range of the mixed gas explosion pressure properties and equivalent concentration of symmetry; Environmental conditions had a little effects on the maximum rise rate of explosion pressure, and the larger effect on the maximum explosion pressure.
