泵送混凝土沿空留巷技术研究

摘    要:针对某矿的具体现场情况,提出了采用泵送混凝土进行沿空留巷设计,将混凝土用泵送入预先固定在采空区内的充填模板中实现巷旁支护,并对沿空留巷参数和工艺进行设计。通过对矿压的观测和留巷效果分析,达到了预期的效果。该方案的实施,成功解决了该矿采掘接替紧张的现状,并为类似条件下采用沿空留巷技术提供了借鉴。

Abstract:According to the specific site conditions of one colliery, the concrete pumping is put forward for gob-side entry filling retaining design, the concrete is pumped into the filling template which fixed in the goaf to achieve roadway side support,the gob-side entry filling retaining parameters and technology are designed. Through the rock pressure observation and effect analysis, the anticipated effect has achieved.Through the implementation of the program, the tense of excavation replacement has been successfully resolved, it can provide the reference for using gob-side entry filling retaining in the similar conditions.
