基于仿生学的矿用自卸车车斗结构设计

摘    要:目前,在年开采量千万吨以上的大型露天矿山运输设备中,非公路自卸车已占80%~90%。作为自卸车承载部件的车斗,因其载重量大,运行环境差,致使车斗寿命缩短。针对目前车斗存在的问题,基于仿生学设计理念,采用等应力框架设计理论和车身轻量化技术,研制出具有自重轻、载重大、强度高、耐磨好、寿命长、油耗低等特点的新型车斗,实现轻量化和节能减排,提高了自卸车的市场竞争力。

Abstract:At present, mining dump truck bucket account for 80% ~90% of large transportation equipment in strip mines. The bucket, accessories of trucks, are always used over its dead weight capacity and operated in worse environment, as a result their lives are shortened. This thesis develops a more reasonable bucket and realizes its lightweight,big load,high strength,good abrasion resistance、long service life and low fuel consumption characteristics on the base of equal-stress framework for the design theory and bionic design concept.
