“三软”煤层顺层大直径长钻孔区域消突技术研究

摘    要:以义安煤矿为研究对象,通过钻屑量研究不同直径钻孔的卸压效果,采用相对压力法研究Φ 113 mm钻孔的抽放半径随时间的变化规律。研究表明:钻孔孔径越大,煤层卸压效果越好;抽放时间越长,其影响半径越大。基于以上理论,考虑不同位置钻孔抽放时间和对突出的贡献不同,提出了顺层大直径长钻孔分区式优化布孔区域消突技术,采取该措施后,校检超标率仅为5%,提高了钻孔利用率。

Abstract:Taking Yi'an Coal Mine as a research object, the pressure relief effect of drilling cuttings weight of different diameter hole is researched through drilling volume,by using the relative pressure method,the change law of Φ113 mm diameter hole drainage radius changing with time is researched.Researches show that: the larger hole diameter, the better pressure relief effect of coal seam; the longer drainaging time, the farther influence of radius. Based on the above theory, considering different position holes with the different drainaging time and outstanding contributions, the bedding large diameter and long hole hole area partition optimization technology of eliminating outburst danger is put forward. After taking the measures, the exceed standard rate was only 5%, improving the drilling efficiency.
