摘    要:对KDON-500/2500型空分设备进行挖潜改造,增加氮气产量,减少液氮外购量,以较少的投入,取得较大的经济效益,降低车间生产成本。叙述对空冷塔、分子筛吸附器、精馏塔的结构及工艺流程的改造和效果。

Abstract:The potential exploration and technical reform of Model KDON-500 /2500 air separation plant increases gaseous nitrogen output,decreases purchased quantity of liquefied nitrogen,obtains great economic benefit at low input,and lowers shop production cost. Here,the reform and effects of structure and technical process of the air cooling tower,molecular sieve adsorber,and rectification tower are described.
