循环甲醇冷却器接管锥壳裂纹分析及防范措施

摘    要:循环甲醇冷却器使用一段时间后,其接管锥壳出现了3个裂纹:1个纵向裂纹,2个横向裂纹。从材料化学成分、制作内应力方面进行了分析,找出出现裂纹的原因,并提出了防范措施。

Abstract:After operation of methanol circulation cooler for a period,three cracks occur on its pipe connection conic casing( 1 longitudianl crack and 2 lateral cracks). Through analysis from the chemical compositions of materials and the inner stress during the manufacture,the cases for the crack are found out and the preventive measures are proposed.
