摘    要:35000 m3/h空分设备运行过程中,由于天气寒冷空冷塔水位控制仪失灵,以及相关的联锁功能被解除,使分子筛吸附器进水,空分设备被迫停运。介绍故障经过和破坏,介绍分子筛吸附器进水后的处理措施,详细阐述分子筛活化再生过程和增设电加热器后的特殊再生过程,总结再生效果。

Abstract:During operation process of 35000 m^3/h air separation plant, the failure of water level controller and the dropping of related interlocking functions due to cold climate result in water entrance to adsorber of molecular sieve and forced shutdown of air separation plant. Here, the trouble course, the generated destruction, and the corrective measures taken after water entrance to molecular sieve adsorber are briefed, the activation regeneration process of the molecular sieve and the special regeneration process after additional fixing of electric heater are detailed, and regeneration effects are summarized.
