粗氩塔堵塞引起上塔液悬的操作调整与排除

摘    要:6500 m3/h空分设备粗氩塔氩固化导致粗氩Ⅱ塔填料下部被全部堵塞,上塔液悬,氧产品纯度下降,氧压机被迫停止外送氧气。通过调整主塔和粗氩塔的操作工况,未能排除故障。制氩系统停运,采用仪表空气对粗氩Ⅱ塔进行反吹处理后,制氩系统和整套空分设备的工况恢复正常。介绍故障经过和操作调整方法,阐述原因分析过程和故障排除方法。

Operation adjustment for liquid suspension of upper tower resulted from blocking of crude argon tower and the correction

Abstract:In crude argon tower of 6500 m^3/h air separation plant, the argon solidifying results in the complete blocking of the portion below the packing of crude argon tower Ⅱ, the liquid suspension in upper tower, the decreased purity of oxygen product, and the forced stopping outwards oxygen supply by oxygen compressor. The said trouble is yet not eliminated through adjustment of the operation condition of both the main tower and the crude argon tower. After shutdown of argon making system, the crude argon tower Ⅱ is backwards blown with instrument air, and then the condition of the argon making system and the entire air separation plant is recovered normal. Here, the trouble course and operation adjustment method are briefed, and the cause analysis process and troubleshooting method are described.
