摘    要:采用分子筛吸附净化流程的空分设备,在大加温或临时停车后的启动操作过程中,改变以往传统的、复杂的操作方法,进一步简化、优化一些主要的操作方法,大大缩短了空分设备的启动时间,降低了启动能耗,节约了生产成本。详细介绍空分设备充气升压、冷却与积液、制氩系统投运阶段的优化操作及取得的具体效果。

Abstract:The air separation plant adopting molecular sieve adsorption purification process during the start-up process after deriming or temporary shutdown changes the previous traditional and complex operation methods,further simplifies and optimizes some main operation methods,greatly shortens the start-up time of air separation plant and lowers the start-up energy consumption and production cost. Here,the gas filling and boosting,and the cooling and liquid collection of air separation plant,the optimized operation of argon-generation system at the commissioning stage,and the obtained effects are detailed.
