摘    要:合理放煤步距的确定是综放工作面进行设备选型以及参数优化的前提,同时也对其采出率及煤质有着重要的影响。在散体介质相关理论的指导下,根据龙泉煤矿煤层地质条件,以大比例相似模拟实验为基础并结合现有理论的研究成果,得出了综放机采高为3.5 m时不同步距下放煤量、回采率、含矸率等放煤效果参数,并在对比分析3种放煤步距的基础上得到了该矿3.5 m大采高条件下0.8 m放煤步距为最合理参数。研究结论与现场实测结果吻合,并成功地应用于4101工作面的生产实践,显著提高了开采效率。

Abstract:Reasonable coal step distance is useful to select the equipment of full-mechanized caving mining face, to optimize the parameters of sublevel caving process, and to help improve the coal quality and the extraction rate of full-mechanized caving mining face. In under the guidance of the related theory of medium, according to the geological conditions of Longquan mine and the research results of existing theory which is based on similar simulation experiment, got the coal parameter( the coal quantity, the recovery rate, the gangue content) and the result that the reasonable coal step distance is0.8 m when the caving mining machine to gather the height is 3.5 m. The research conclusion is feasible because it is consistent with the measured results, and is successfully applied to production practice of 4101 working face, which significantly improves the level of the high production and efficiency.
