基于ADAMS装载机执行机构的仿真研究

摘    要:利用三维建模软件SOLIDWORKS对该新型装载机整体进行了参数化实体建模,将装载机整个实体模型导入至动力学仿真研究软件ADAMS中,对其关键部件执行机构进行了仿真研究。验证了该新型装载机符合设计参数要求,并对装载机的两种典型工况进行了仿真分析,得到了两液压缸与各关键铰接点的受力曲线,通过观察受力曲线可以得出设计符合设计标准。通过基于ADAMS软件的动力研究进一步验证了该新型装载机设计的合理性,缩短了设计周期,大大节约了整体设计成本。

Simulation Research on Executive Body of Loader Based on ADAMS

Abstract:Using three dimensional modeling software SOLIDWORKS on the whole the new loader parametric entity modeling, loading the entire import entity model to the dynamics simulation software ADAMS, the executing agency has carried on the simulation research of loaders. Validate the new loader conform to the requirements of the design parameters, and the two kinds of typical working condition of the loader has carried on the simulation analysis, the two hinged hydraulic cylinder and the key point of stress curve of force curve can be obtained by observing the design comply with the design standards. Based on ADAMS software motivation study further verified the rationality of the design of the new loader, shorten the design cycle, greatly saving the cost of the overall design.
