底板锚注技术治理巷道底鼓研究

摘    要:平煤股份四矿主斜井二部猴车巷由于受四组煤共采叠加影响,原全断面封闭式拱形支护底鼓严重,反底拱被挤出破坏,导致巷道失修,不能正常使用。针对此种情况,应用了底板锚注技术对该巷道底板进行加固,通过治理,巷道变形量得到控制。通过FLAC3D数值模拟程序对锚注加固方式进行了验证,现场观测结果表明底板锚注有效地控制了底鼓和围岩变形,支护效果明显。

Abstract:Pingdingshan shares four main incline lane bipartite monkdy car due to the superposition of four coal mining impact of the original arch support full section closed kick drum serious anti-bottom arch being squeezed destroyed, causing the roadway disrepair, not normal to use. In such cases, the application of the floor bolt technology to reinforce the roadwy floor, through management, roadway deformation of control. By FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation methods of anchoring and grouting procedures were validated, field observations indicate that floor bolt effective control of the kick drum and rock deformation, supporting effect is obvious.
