煤矿建井掘进机钻头结构优化设计

摘    要:为了提高煤矿建井掘进机的工作性能,结合胶东半岛煤炭埋藏地层的地质特征,从掘进机截齿结构、钻头刀具设置、刀盘选型、钻头稳定器结构等方面优化了钻头设计,减低了钻头磨损,提高了掘进建井质量。

Abstract:According to the geological characteristics of the coal buried layer of Jiaodong peninsula, the structure design of bit was optimized in order to improve the working performance of the coal mine well construction tunnel boring machine from such aspects: the structure of cutting pick, setting of drilling tools, the knife dish type selection, optimization design of bit stabilizer structure, ect. Practical application shows that the optimization design reduces the wear of the bit, improve the quality of tunneling construction well.
