摘    要:为了确定新义矿顺层抽采钻孔的合理封孔深度,在利用瓦斯解吸指标确定的卸压带宽度的基础上,在原始煤体区布置4组不同封孔深度条件下的试验钻孔,并在试验钻孔抽采不同天数时,使用抽采状态下孔内参数定点测量装置测定孔内4个特征点的瓦斯浓度和负压,分析钻孔轴向瓦斯运移规律;最后通过计算相邻特征点之间的漏气量比例大小,直观的反映出钻孔的漏气区域,综合分析确定了新义矿顺层抽采钻孔的合理封孔深度。通过在新义矿的现场应用表明,该封孔深度是可靠的,可以提高预抽瓦斯的浓度,保证较高的瓦斯抽采效率。

Abstract:In order to determine the reasonable hole sealing depth layer drainage borehole of Xinyi Mine,identified in the desorption index by use of gas pressure relief zone widthon the basis of test drilling, in the original coal zone setting four different sealing depth conditions, and the test hole drainage for different days, using the extraction point measuring device state hole parameters determination of gas concentration and pressure four feature points in the hole,the analysis of drilling axial gas migration; the air leakage ratio between calculates the size of feature point, more directly reflect theleakage area drilling, comprehensive analysis to determine the reasonable hole sealing depth of borehole for Xinyi Mine. Through field application in Xinyi Mine indicated, the sealing depth is reliable, can increase the concentration of gas pre drainage, ensure productionefficiency high pumping gas.
