贮氢合金粉体包覆铜工艺

摘    要:为改善稀土—镍基贮氢合金粉的抗氧化和耐粉化性,本文介绍了一种简单的化学镀铜法,该法工艺简单,成本低廉,可达到抗氧化和抗粉化的目的,并且能增强传热和导电性能,降低内阻、内压,使得由此包覆粉制出的电池的放电容量更高,放电电压更平稳。

Abstract:A simple and inexpensive method of electroless copper coating was applied to improve the properties of anti-oxidation and anti-pulverization of rare-earth-nickle-based hydrogen storage alloy powders. The results of electrochemical and physical measurements were promising for anti-oxidation and anti-pulverization. The secondary battery made by this powder could also be increased in electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity;decreased in internal resistance and internal pressure;improved in discharge capacity and discharge voltage.
