某黄金冶炼高砷废水处理试验研究

摘    要:对某黄金冶炼高砷废水进行了硫化沉淀与中和沉淀的试验研究,考察了药剂用量、酸度等因素对除砷效果的影响。研究表明,控制适宜的药剂用量及p H值,一级硫化沉淀与一级中和沉淀的除砷率均能达到99.9%以上,经过二级铁盐的深化处理,出水含砷均小于0.5 mg/L。从处理效果、成本、产渣量及操作环境等因素分析,工程上应用中和沉淀工艺处理该废水具有较好的经济效益与环境效益。

Abstract:Laboratory studies on the treatment of high-arsenic wastewater from a gold smelter were performed with sulfide precipitation and neutralization precipitation process, respectively. Main influence factors of reagent dosage and acidity, etc. were investigated. Results showed that above 99.9% of arsenic can be removed with one stage treatment of sulfide precipitation or neutralization precipitation process, and after second stage treatment of iron salt sedimentation, arsenic concentration in the wastewater can be reduced below 0.5mg/l. Comparative analysis of two processes on the factors including treatment effects, costs, residue output and operation environment, etc. indicated that neutralization precipitation process assumes better economic and environmental benefits for industrial application.
