| Abstract: | Technology Readiness Assessment （ TRA ） is applied in management of R＆D projects and Defense Acquisition Programs wildly. This paper lists a number of definitions of Technology Readiness Levels （ TRL ） given by the organizations, analysis of the meaning of TRL and introduces the TRA application in the fields of management of HGJ-National S＆T Major Program. |
