开关电源脉冲电镀

摘    要:将开关电源脉冲电镀与传统的直流电源电镀进行对比试验,结果表明开关电源脉冲电镀比传统直流电镀省电40%左右,提高效率16%,钢丝镀层结合牢固,钢丝的耐腐蚀性能和锌层的均匀性均有所提高。

Abstract:To do contrastive experiments between switch power supply impulse electroplate and traditional DC power supply electroplate, the results show that the switch power supply impulse electroplate can save electrical energy about 40% and raise efficiency about 16% compared with traditional DC power supply, and the combine of plating coat with steel wire is firm, corrosion resistance and zinc coat uniformity of steel wire rise.
