摘    要:根据棒材热连轧中因再结晶软化不充分所致的残留应变对轧制负荷的影响。对20MnSi钢静态再结晶实验模型进行了验证,结果该模型给出的数据与棒材热连轧时中、精轧阶段变形奥氏体的再结晶规律符合得较好,作为将理论与实验研究应用于生产现场的尝试,一方面利用该模型得到的再结晶软化程度来修正轧制负荷的预报结果使精度得到显著提高,另一方面也为在生产实际中控制与预报该钢种连轧棒材的组织与性能提供了静态再结晶的理论基础。

Abstract:The mathematical model of static recrystallization for 20MnSi steel was validated according to the influences of remained strain caused by deficient recrystallization softening on rolling load during hot continuous rolling of bar.The calculated data by this model had a good correspondence with the results of reformed austenitic recrystallization in the intermediate and finishing rolling passes.The softening degree of recrystallization calculated by the model could be used to modify the prediction result of rolling load,therfore,the precise was improved prominently.
