分散控制系统的维修特点和维修设计

摘    要:分散控制系统(DCS)的维修性和对其进行维修性设计的优劣将直接影响着电力生产过程控制设备(DCS)的可靠运行。文章利用可靠性概念,深入分析了DCS系统的维修特点,指出了影响其维修的各种因素,同时指出了DCS系统维修设计中的方法和原则,以此可减少DCS的维修费用和减少停机时间,进而提高电力生产的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:The maintainability of distributed control system (DCS) and the merits and demerits of maintainability design will have direct effect on the reliable operation of control equipment in the power generation process.Based on the concept of reliability,the maintenance features are discussed,and the factors which affect on maintenance work are pointed out.The method and criteria for DCS service design which saves maintenance cost and outage time and enhances the safety and economy in power generation are also proposed.
