磁力泵推力滑动轴承失效分析及改进

摘    要:对中石化安庆分公司丙烯腈装置磁力泵推力滑动轴承失效原因进行了分析,认为推力滑动轴承表面几何形状不合理导致难以形成流体动压润滑膜是失效的原因。将滑动摩擦表面改造成波浪形斜面,并通过数值模拟计算研究求出了最佳的斜面倾角。改造后的推力滑动轴承通过实际使用证明效果良好,延长了使用寿命。

Abstract:The failure reason of the thrust bearing of magnetic pump in the Anqing Petro-Chemical Corp of SINOPEC was analyzed.It is found that the sliding surface is a plane with which a hydrodynamic lubrication film can not been created,which is the reason for causing the bearing failure.Through modification the surface was changed into a wave shape with inclined planes,such shape can produce hydrodynamic lubrication film when working.The optimum angle of the inclined planes was determined by numerical study.It is shown through application that the modified thrust bearing has longer life than the old one.
