摘    要:介绍针对工控机技术的发展和切削力测量的要求开发的一种接口简单、测试准确、使用方便的应变式切削力数据采集分析系统。它以工控机为核心 ,通过A/D板进行动态切削力模拟量与数字量的转换并应用数理统计方法、叠加原理和线性插值方法等误差补偿措施对采集的数据进行处理 ,打印出切削力的实时变化曲线和分析结果。

Abstract:To satisfy the demand of measuring cutting force under industrial computer technology, a kind of data acquisition and analysis system of cutting force with advantages of simple program interface, accurate data acquisition and convenient usage is introduced. With the support of industrial computer, the analogue data is converted to the digital data in real time with A/D card. The mathematical statistics, superposition principle and linear interpolation are adopted to process data and print dynamic curve and analysis result.
