时效对硅酸铝短纤维/ZL109复合材料滑动磨损性能的影响

摘    要:研究了硅酸铝短纤维增强ZL109复合材料的时效行为及滑动磨损性能。时效处理提高了该复合材料的强度和硬度,减少了复合材料的粘着磨损,降低了摩擦系数,从而提高了复合材料的耐磨性。硅酸铝短纤维对复合材料的时效过程有重要促进作用,纤维含量越高,复合材料获得最佳耐磨性的时效温度越低,时间越短。

Abstract:The aging behaviors and sliding wear properties of Al 2O 3 SiO 2(sf)/ZL109 composite were studied in this paper Aging treatment can improve the hardness and strength of the composite, reduce the adhesion wear volume, and decrease the coefficient of friction So the wear resistance properties of the composite can be improved Alumna silica short fibers in the composite can make a large acceleration effect on the process of the aging With the fibers volume fraction increasing best wear resistance properties of the composite come out in a lower aging temperature and a shorter aging time
