| 摘 要： | 强大的．NET平台对编写邮件程序提供了有力的支持。该文总结了在c#环境下，基于底层的SMTP（ESMPT）协议和MIME协议发送电子邮件，以及使用MailMessage类创建并发送邮件的过程，并重点解析了身份认证，邮件编码以及发送邮件附件等关键实用技术，然后给出了实现代码。
