液晶润滑添加剂的抗磨损性能研究

摘    要:本文研究液晶润滑添加剂的抗磨性能,将1%正辛基苯甲酸液晶材料加入至HU-20汽轮机油中,在Falex试验机上试验结果表明具有降低磨损量和缩短磨合时间的作用,与不加添加剂时相比较,线磨损量降低44%,摩擦系数降低31-47%,磨合时间短一倍。在四球试验机上试验,最大无卡咬负荷PB值增加21%。液晶添加剂对改善润滑油的抗磨性能作用明显。

Abstract:The anti-wear properties of liquid crystal lubricating additive (L.C.A)is investigated in this paper. Adding 1% liquid crystel (?) COOH(L.C)into turbine oil HU-20 and the anti-wear are tested on Falex test machine.The results show that L.C have the effects in decreasing wearing amount and cutting short wear-in time.The line wearing amount can be decreased about 44% and the decreasing amount of friction coefficient is 31~47%, and the wear-in time can be cut short by half as compard with the normal turbine oil that has no L.C.A.And the PB value is increased about 21% tested on Four ball tester. The L.C is a effective additive for improving anti-wear properties of lubricant
