摘    要:本文在Pro/E 2001中建立了某移动式塔机传动系统低速级齿轮啮合的三维实体模型,倒入ANSYS中,选用SOLID45、TARGE17和CONTA174三种单元进行网格划分,建立其啮合接触模型。对塔机的额定工况进行接触分析,得到其应力分析规律。

Abstract:Solid models of low speed stage gear mesh in mobile tower crane transmission system were established by using Pro/E2001 and and then imported into ANSYS.The mesh contact model was then established by using three different elements,SOLID45,TARGE17 and CONTA174,to dividing the mesh.The contact analysis of tower crane rated operating state was performed and then the stress analysis rules were gained.
