塑料炼油监控系统监控代理设计与应用

摘    要:塑料炼油生产系统是解决日益严重的白色污染的环境问题和不断加剧的能源问题的有效途径之一,运用网络远程监控是确保炼油生产的安全有效管理的关键所在,而简单网络管理协议代理的设计与嵌入则是能否实现SNMP远程监控的重中之重。该文结合某公司的塑料炼油生产实践,利用简单网络管理协议和过程工控连接技术,运用开源软件设计代理,并将其嵌入至客户端,与服务器进行通信,从而构建远程监控系统。通过实例论证,该代理的设计实现了对于塑料炼油生产系统的远程监控。

Abstract:Plastic refinery production system is one effective way to solve the increasingly serious environmental problems and the growing energy problems.Based on this system,the SNMP network remote monitoring is to ensure the safety of refining the key to effective management,and SNMP agent of embedding has the ability to design and implement SNMP remote monitoring of priority.In this paper,depends on a plastics refining company's production practices,using of SNMP network protocol and OPC technology,the use of agent ++ to design agent,and embedded to the client,to communicate with the server,thus build a remote monitoring system.Demonstrated by an example,the design agent for plastics refining achieve the remote monitoring of production systems well.
