摘    要:〗随着管道工业的发展,管输公司一直希望寻找到一种更加经济高效、快捷、能永久性地恢复管体强度、保证管道安全运行的管道补强修复技术。文章介绍了当前国外管道复合修复技术的技术原理、产品开发及应用情况,并结合美国天然气研究协会的研究报告,进一步阐述了中高压天然气管道对管道补强修复技术的要求,以及ClockSpring管道复合修复技术与传统的玻纤布复合修复技术的区别。这为我国石油天然气公司管道补强大修技术的选择提供了一种全新的解决方案。

Abstract:As the pipeline industry advances, the pipeline companies are always looking for pipeline repairing techniques to effectively, rapidly, and permanently rehabilitate the pipeline strength and guarantee the pipeline safe operation. The article introduces the technical principle, the products development and application of the complex repairing techniques of pipelines abroad at present. Based on the study report of American gas research association, the technical requirements of strength rehabilitation techniques for gas pipelines with medium/high pressure and difference between the Clockspring complex repairing technique and the traditional repairing technique with fiberglass cloth are discussed further more. And a new solution is provided for Chinese petroleum companies to choose the repairing techniques of pipeline strength rehabilitation.
