翼子板裙板成形工艺分析及有限元模拟

摘    要:分析了翼子板裙板的工艺特点,并制定了合理的工艺方案,重点介绍了一模四件的拉延模的设计与制造,同时采用板料三维成形分析软件Dynaform对其拉深成形工序进行了数值模拟仿真,得到了合理的拉深工艺补充型面及拉深工艺参数。这种一模四件的模具结构,极大地提高了材料的利用率,同时提高了劳动生产率,节约了生产成本,并且有利于材料的流动。

Abstract:The technological characteristics of the fender groupware have been analyzed and a reasonable technological process has been worked out with emphasis on introduction to the design and manufacture of the drawing die capable of forming four parts at one time. The reasonable process addendum and the process parameters have been obtained by using the 3D sheet metal forming analysis software Dynaform. The utilization ratio of material has been increased and the productivity improved by use of such structure, with a reduced cost and helpful to the flowing of material.
