摘    要:简要回顾了中国科学院电工研究所建所四十年的奋斗历程,提出了应继承和发扬的主要经验是:(1)坚持发展电工电能新技术的主要方向;(2)要与时俱进,善于抓住机遇,深化改革,突出重点,坚持综合;(3)发挥团结凝聚、统一协调、奋力拼博,能打硬仗的团队精神.展望未来,建议近期内以超导电工、电气化交通、新能源发电与国防科研的电工新技术为重点,继续努力团结奋斗.

Abstract:A brief retrospect of the research work of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, CAS, is presented in the paper. The main experience is: (1) to adhere firmly to the main orientation of development of electrical engineering and electrical energy; (2) to advance with time and to grasp the opportunity and to deepen the reformation, and also to stress on the focal points and to insist on the synthesis; (3) to keep up the spirit of team unity and hard work. In prospect, the paper suggests to develop the works in the field of electrical superconductivity, electrical traffic facilities, new energy electrical power generation and national defence as the key projects.
