医用多孔聚丙烯酰胺微球的制备与表征

摘    要:以反相悬浮聚合法制备出适合医用的多孔载体材料——聚丙烯酰胺微球,经正交实验得到反应体系所需的最佳聚合条件。所得微球的检测结果表明,产物具有不同粒径和特定孔径的规则球形结构。

Abstract:Porous polyacrylamide (PAM) beads for medical use were synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization. The best condition for reaction was designed from orthogonal experiments. Spherical and porous PAM beads with different diameter and specific pore sizes were prepared and characterized.
