摘    要:开发了一种基于CCD传感器及其相关技术、可应用于工业实时在线检测的滑动轴承套类零件同轴度误差检测系统。介绍了该系统的检测原理、系统硬件设计和软件算法流程。实际应用表明,该系统能有效地解决现有系统分辨率低、成本高的问题,可为滑动轴承套类零件的同轴度误差图像分析提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:Based on CCD sensor and its correlative technology,a sort of on-line inspection system for the coaxality error of journal bearing accessory is developed.The inspecting principle,system hardware design and software flow are introduced.Practice application indicates that this system can effectively figure out the problems existed in existence system such as lower resolving power and higher cost,and it can present the reliable gist for the image analysis of coaxality error of journal bearing accessory.
