| 摘 要： | 建立了适应我国中小型企业发展柔性制造系统的分层分布式控制体系结构 ;同时提出了FMS分层分布式控制系统的建模方法。为了使控制系统中各功能实体具有局部自治能力 ,建立了CORBA基础的FMS分层分布式控制软件结构模型和通用报文传输模型。在遵循CORBA规范的Orbix2 .3c平台和VC6 .0的编程环境下 ,开发了FMS控制系统软件 ,并在无锡职业技术学院的FMS中得到验证

| Abstract: | A system structure of layering and distributing control system suit for our country's manufacturing enterprises is established in this paper. Meanwhile, the modeling method is of the system is presented. To have self-rule capacity for all modules in control system, the model of FMS layering and distributing control system and general message transition is set up also based on CORBA. Under the circumstance of Orbix2.3c platform fit for CORBA standards and VC6.0 programming, a FMS control system software is developed here and verified in the FMS in Vocational Technology College of Wuxi. |
