| 摘 要： | 从车辆制造企业的角度,论述了车辆在研制生产中常用的信息技术。首先介绍了企业信息化技术背景,其次主张根据企业特点进行信息技术的选择和应用,认为信息技术可提高企业设计、制造和管理水平,从而提高企业竞争力。本文针对车辆制造企业这种单件多品种小批量的生产模式,结合作者工作经验阐述了一些工作中应用信息技术的案例和设想,如应用三维设计软件、仿真分析软件及协同工具实现产品数字化设计,通过PDM、CAPP、ERP等系统的集成,利用DNC、MES进行衔接,缩短产品研发和生产制造周期,利用虚拟装配技术,对用户进行产品使用和维护的培训等。
