| Abstract: | This paper introduces the functions, composition and architecture of the computer aided university administration system. Some tentative practices of such a system in Jilin University of Technology are described, they are. a committee responsible for planning and establishing the computer aided administration is set up,a series of databases for a variety of offices are developed, a comprehensive electronic mail system (capable of transmitting text, graphic and voice) and a simple distributed databased management system are designed. |
