| 摘 要： | 教育产业化的发展，要求高职高专教育重新定位。本文在比较国内外高职高专教 育的前提下，提出我国该类教育必须结合生源市场的基构和需求及就业市场的起 势和需求，来确立人才培养目标和课程体系的设置。只有这样，才能获得高职高 专、成人高等教育院校办学与满足社会经济对人力资源需求的“双赢”。
