薄膜锂电池的研究进展

摘    要:适应微系统的需要发展起来的薄膜锂电池,具有很高的比容量和很长的循环寿命,是真正的全固态电池.集成到微电子线路板上,使其应用非常广泛.概述了薄膜锂电池的基本制备工艺、应用领域和薄膜锂电池的研究及产业化的状况.

Abstract:Thin film lithium battery was developed for the need of micro-system, which had very high specific capacity and good cycle (performance),and it was a solid state battery by all meaning.When integrated on IC chip, thin film lithium battery could be used in many fields. The fabricating process, application fields, the state of research and industrialization were reviewed.
