环形切割器药型罩方案优化设计

摘    要:在反舰导弹串联战斗部前级环形切割器的设计中优选药型罩材料。通过数值模拟,对铜、钨、铁三种单质药型罩,以及一定比例的两种铜钨复合药型罩的切割效果进行分析。结果表明,五种药型罩方案均能贯穿100mm靶板。铁药型罩和铜含量较少的复合药型罩在靶板底部形成射流堆积巢,钨药型罩和铜含量较多的复合药型罩贯穿后剩余速度较低,切割时间较长。最终确定以铜作为环形切割器的药型罩材料。该结论有助于新型串联战斗部的优化设计。

Abstract:In order to optimize the shaped charge liner material of the first annular cutter in anti-ship missile tandem warhead,the cut effect on three single liner of copper,tungsten,iron and two composite liner of certain proportion copper-tungsten was studied by numerical simulation.The results indicated that the annular cutter of five liner schemes can penetrate 100mm steel target.The jet accumulation nest was formed by iron liner and Cu-W composite liners with less copper on the bottom of the steel target.The re...
