摘    要:为满足制造企业对装配建模、装配序列规划及装配工艺方案设计等技术的需求,设计和开发了具有工程应用价值的复杂产品装配规划与仿真系统AeroAssem。介绍了系统的总体结构并结合在阀门装配的经验,以典型产品为例分别阐述了各主要功能模块所采用的关键技术及其应用情况。通过与国外装配规划系统相比,分析了系统在矩阵提取、序列规划及工艺图等方面的优势。AeroAssem系统为复杂产品的数字化装配规划提供了较为全面的、具有实际工程应用价值的解决方案。
