| 摘 要： | 为构建绿色电网,科学考察谐波污染情况,构建了一种基于模糊聚类算法的电网谐波综合评估方法.采用谐波评估的各项指标作为特征值,将已知的谐波评估等级数据加入到量测样本数据中,共同组成综合评估样本数据集,利用模糊聚类算法进行聚类分析,得到包含各个谐波评估等级的聚类结果,从而实现对样本数据的综合评估,达到考察谐波污染情况的目的....
